Coaching built
around your rig.
Practical, road-tested programs designed specifically for the unique challenges of truck driving. Real strategies. Real results. From a driver who lived it.
The road is hard on the body.
Recent peer-reviewed research (2020-2025) shows the health gap facing truckers is real — and it's closing on you every year you ignore it. My services directly target these metabolic issues.
Four pillars. One transformed driver.
Every coaching program blends these four areas — because health on the road is a whole-person job.

Straight answers.
The questions drivers actually ask before signing on.
Yes. I've hauled doubles, flatbed, dry van, and reefer for 13+ years. I still drive today, which is exactly why this coaching works — every strategy is road-tested by me first.
Most coaching sessions are 30-45 minutes weekly by phone or video. Daily habits fit inside your normal driving schedule — not on top of it. Plans are designed for the reality of OTR life.
No. Every fitness strategy uses either bodyweight, a resistance band that fits in your cab, or parking-lot space. Zero gym required.
Yes — with the right playbook. I've mapped healthy options at every major truck stop chain: Pilot, Flying J, Love's, TA, Petro. You'll never guess again.
The program helps you PREPARE for your DOT physical by improving the underlying numbers your examiner will check (BP, weight, waist, blood sugar). The DOT medical certification itself is issued by a licensed DOT examiner, not by me — but you show up to the appointment in better shape.
No. Health coaching is complementary to medical care, not a replacement. Any medication changes, prescriptions, or diagnoses stay with your licensed clinician. I coach lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and behavior.
All coaching programs require a 3-month minimum commitment. That timeline is what it typically takes to build habits that stick after coaching ends.
Most drivers have. Those programs weren't built for the road. This one was — every strategy fits inside a truck cab, a truck stop, and a truck driver's schedule.
